Inner life Healing

Healing is a journey, a journey of self discovery worth taking.

About Tara

We all have a story to tell, our own journey of self discovery, and a past that has shaped who we are today.

When I started practicing Reiki six years ago, I began to look at physical illnesses and ailments differently, but since practicing RTT it only truly came to light just how powerful our mind is.

“Your mind does not care if what you say is good, bad, indifferent, true, false, healthy, unhealthy, right or wrong – it simply acts on your words regardless.”

A Journey Of Self Discovery

Journey of self discovery

I had psoriasis since I was a child, and when we went back to scenes in my childhood through regression, I found out that I had created the psoriasis as my Dad paid special attention to me, and put cream on my elbows for me. I carried it through adulthood, as it was a reminder of my Dad who had died when I was young.

“The feeling that cannot find its expression in tears will cause other organs to weep.”

You are never too old to go on a journey of self discovery, to become your best self, and transform your life.

Journey of self discovery

I believe we are all given signs, and it is up to us whether we follow them.

If you are reading this, then you have listened to those signs and are probably ready to let go of the aspects of yourself that are holding you back and stopping you from being who you want to be.

Rapid Transformational Therapy is fast,  effective, and permanent, and once you understand what caused your issue, and then by using powerful techniques while in hypnosis you let go and release the restraints of the past leaving you feeling empowered, and free to live your best life the way you have always wished.
