you must first discover how the knot was tied.”

What is Rapid Transformational Therapy?
RTT Therapy is an award-winning therapy, a hybrid method that incorporates the most effective components of hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, CBT and NLP in a unique combination that produces a transformative effect on clients. It is a revolutionary new therapeutic approach.
RTT therapy has proven to deliver outstanding results, often in just one to three sessions. It works because rather than treating clients’ presenting symptoms, RTT Therapy sessions extracts the root cause of every client’s issues.
We are not born with negative beliefs and habits, we acquire them. RTT Therapy explores those beliefs and helps you to understand and reframe them. By working with the subconscious mind, we will uncover what exactly has been holding you back from living the life you deserve.

How does RTT work?
RTT healing works with the subconscious mind in hypnosis. Hypnosis is a focused consciousness, bringing awareness inside yourself, and going deep within. There is nothing to fear as this is a completely relaxed state of the mind. You cannot get stuck in hypnosis, and I cannot make you do anything that you don’t want to do.
Hypnosis happens to us many times a day. For example, you are in a light trance of hypnosis when you are driving a vehicle, you don’t even need to think about what you are doing, it is natural and automatic. When you are reading a book or watching tv, you are engrossed, when you are about to go to sleep, and when you first wake up in the morning, that is also hypnosis. It is similar to a guided meditation, but it takes you to a deeper level, and feels very relaxing.
The Conscious mind is 5% of the whole mind, it is very limited, rational and the analytical part of the mind.
It has a temporary memory and can only hold small pieces of information at a time, it is very weak when compared to the subconscious mind.
The Subconscious mind is 95% of the whole mind, like the hard drive of a computer all patterns of behaviour, all the memories made in your life are all stored here.
Since being in the womb up to this present moment, anything that you have ever heard, experienced, seen, felt or thought will leave its mark on the subconscious mind.
If you have ever tried to battle a habit, issue, addiction or pattern of behaviour with your own conscious willpower you will probably have noticed the sheer effort and extreme limitations that you come up against.
Emotion will defeat logic every single time. The subconscious deals in emotion, you can’t logically fix something if its run by an emotion.
In RTT it is the subconscious mind that we will be communicating with when the thinking conscious mind is quiet, we will find and clear old, outdated beliefs, upgrade you with new beliefs using powerful language, and reprogramme patterns of behaviour within the mind, leaving you feeling empowered and free.
