Does hypnotherapy work for anxiety? Yes in hypnosis we go straight to the point of origin which is why it is such a powerful treatment. In order to change your response to stressful situations the change must take place in the subconscious mind. Hypnotherapy for anxiety effectively creates new healthy patterns of behaviour by re-training the mind to form a different response to situations or people that trigger stress.

By exploring and eliminating the reasons why you feel stress and anxiety in situations, this will bring you immediate results.

You will benefit from a more relaxed and calmer way of thinking, your outlook on the world changes and so your world changes.

Social gatherings will no longer be a challenge, all the physical and mental symptoms will dissipate, and you will be free to live your life on your own terms.

Why do we get stressed?

Your autonomic Nervous System is comprised of two specific systems: The Parasympathetic Nervous System (PNS) and the Sympathetic Nervous System (SNS).

The SNS is the part of your body tied to your “flight or fight” response, and the PNS is tied to your “rest and digest.”

When you feel threatened a chemical reaction occurs in our body releasing stress hormones such as cortisol, and this triggers your “fight or flight” response.

During this stress response you may experience a number of symptoms such as pupil dilation, increased sweating, muscle tightening, blushing, elevated heart rate and blood pressure.

We spend a lot of our daily lives in ‘fight-or-flight’ mode, and in fact 85% of UK adults are experiencing stress regularly.

Symptoms of Stress

If we are in a constant state of fight-or-flight mode, chronic stress can result, and have serious physical and mental health implications such as:

Anxiety and worry

Depression

Phobias

Weight issues

Bad choices & decisions

Insecurities

Low self-esteem/confidence issues

Relationship problems

Insomnia

Sexual issues

Alcohol & substance abuse

Weakened immune system

Physical & Emotional illness

Regression is a powerful and very effective technique used to take you to a past event that has occurred, which is causing you to have problems in your life today. Your subconscious will be guided back to a specific time in your life, and together we will heal the root cause of the stress and anxiety that you are suffering from now.

Does hypnotherapy

work for anxiety?

You don’t have to work through it alone. It is incredibly strong to step forward and admit that you are not feeling 100%, and that you are having difficulties in an area of your life. It is courageous to come forward and want to change a pattern of behaviour and become the best version of yourself. Whatever you want to change, it can be done, and it is never too late.

Living with anxiety and trying to find ways to cope is a thing of the past. Rapid Transformational Therapy gets to the root cause, changes the meaning and then rewires you to form new patterns of thinking and behaviour so that you can get on with your life and do all the things that you want to do.

So…..Does hypnotherapy work for anxiety……Absolutely!

For every problem, difficulty or situation you are facing, there is always a solution.
