    I have been listening to this audio over the last month and I haven’t actually even wanted to drink! I didn’t expect this to work so well. I went out for a drink with friends as a test and after the first one I didn’t want to have another. Before I was drinking to excess and had cravings for a drink a lot of the time but now it doesn’t even come to mind. Thank you so much for this audio it has really helped me a lot.
